Refund Policy:

  • Tickets are non-refundable after Friday, July 10, 2026.
    • Refund requests made before Friday, July 10, 2026 will be processed on a case-by-case basis. 
  • The Valley Zoo Development Society and Edmonton Valley Zoo are not responsible for any issues arising from purchasing tickets from third-party sellers.
  • Once tickets are scanned, they are considered used.

All funds from ticket sales are donated to The Valley Zoo Development Society, which will help build new, larger, naturalized habitats for the snow leopard and Canada lynx through Project Carnivora.
